Contact and booking information — your name, email address, phone number, and address (for home visit bookings).

Health and consultation information — relevant medical history, health conditions, or information about your animals that you provide via my consultation forms. These are completed electronically through HubSpot prior to your appointment. This information is classed as special category data under UK GDPR and is handled with the utmost care.

Payment information — payments are processed securely through SumUp. I do not store your card or payment details directly.

Newsletter sign-ups — if you subscribe via the website, I collect your email address to send you updates and news from Atman Healing.

Website usage data — Wix, the platform this website is built on, may collect standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited. Please refer to Wix's Privacy Policy for details.

How I Use Your Information

I use your personal data to:

SumUp — for payment processing and appointment bookings
HubSpot — for electronic consultation forms and client record management
Wix — as the hosting and website platform
Email service providers — for sending newsletters where you have opted in

How Long I Keep Your Data

I retain client records, including health and consultation information, for a minimum of 7 years in line with standard practice for complementary therapy providers. Newsletter subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
